Terry LaGrone
CFO/RDW Holdings, Inc.

Prior to being at Taylor Woodrow, Mr. LaGrone worked as a Financial Analyst for D.R. Horton in Austin. While at D.R. Horton, Mr. LaGrone's duties included maintaining and preparing all development budgets and preparing all financial analysis for new acquisitions and developments. This encompassed over 20 communities and over 1,500 new lots per year.

Prior to D.R. Horton, Mr. LaGrone worked in the insurance industry as a Staff Accountant. Mr. LaGrone is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a BBA and MBA from Texas State University.
