Terry LaGrone
CFO/RDW Holdings, Inc.

Mr. LaGrone joined Waterstone Development in 2008 and brings over 13 years experience in accounting and finance with the last 10 years in the homebuilding, development and land acquisition arena.

Prior to joining Waterstone Development, Mr. LaGrone was a Controller for Ryland Homes. As Controller, he was responsible for the financial operations of Ryland's Austin Division. His responsibilities included financial reporting and analysis, annual strategic business plan, quarterly forecasts, budgets for land developments and financial analysis for all land acquisitions for the Austin Division and Joint Venture partnerships.

Prior to the role of Controller at Ryland, Mr. LaGrone was with the UK based builder and developer Taylor Woodrow for almost five years. Mr. LaGrone's roles at Taylor Woodrow included Land Acquisition Manager for Taylor Woodrow's Austin Division and Controller for the Texas Operations. In the role of Land Acquisition Manager, he was responsible for identifying and providing the analysis for all new communities for the Austin Homebuilding Division startup for Taylor Woodrow. In the role of Controller, he was responsible for all financial reporting, forecasting and annual business plan for the Texas Region which included the company's Austin and Houston building operations as well as the company's 4,000 acre master plan community Steiner Ranch. Mr. LaGrone also had extensive involvement in the startup of Taylor Woodrow's Austin Homebuilding operations and the expansion of the Houston Homebuilding operations.
