The Avery Centre Site is a unique opportunity to participate in a high density, mixed-use project in the City of Round Rock, Texas. The site is +/- 57.5 acres out of the master planned development known as Avery Farms on University Blvd in Round Rock. The Avery Centre Site is located at the intersection of FM 1460 and CR 112 and has access to the entire Austin/Round Rock area via I-35, FM 1431, and Highway 130 which leads directly to Austin Bergstrom International Airport.

The Avery Centre Site is surrounded by 4 major employers for the area. The Seton Family of Hospitals has developed a 181 bed hospital to the north of the site. Texas State University and the Austin Community College systems have developed the Round Rock Higher Education Center on University Blvd. Texas State and ACC will also be developing campuses that are adjacent to the site. The 4th employer is the Texas A&M Health Science Center located across CR 112 to the south. These employers will bring numerous jobs to the area and will support the development of the remainder of the project.
