Walsh Ranch MUD consists of 99 acres and was created by an order from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) on March 3, 2006. There are $11,145,000 of bonds authorized for the MUD of which $3,250,000 has been issued. Walsh Ranch consist of 238 single family lots, a pool and amenity center with playscape. Avery Centre Road District #1 consists of 549.9 acres of land. The district has up to $70,000,000 in bonds that can be issued for the purpose of construction, approving, acquiring, or reimbursing for the costs of construction, improving or acquiring, maintaining, financing and operating paved roads drainage and other similar improvements. The funds will primarily be used for the construction of FM 1460.

Avery Centre Road District #2 consists of 355.3 acres of land. The district has up to $20,000,000 in bonds that can be issued for the purpose of construction, approving, acquiring, or reimbursing for the costs of construction, improving or acquiring, maintaining, financing and operating paved roads drainage and other similar improvements. The funds will primarily be used for the construction of FM 1460.

Three Forks RID and Pearson Place RID are premature at this time since they won't be created until the November election.
