accounts for transactions, balances, funding, interest payments due and loan balances. Mr. Nagel tracked costs of a $17 million road district to submit for issuance of bonds. He prepares and submits financial records for tax returns and regular reporting to tax accountants and lenders, and is actively involved in the cash management, financials, budgets, and reporting for the Avery Ranch Golf Club.
