LeRoy F. "Fred" Nagel III

Fred Nagel has over 20 years experience providing analytical financial, cash management, and costing services to $20 million+ companies; four of those years spent in real estate development accounting. His professional experience includes audits, lender relations, bank reporting, and budgets/ projections.
In 1980, Mr. Nagel joined Nagel Manufacturing, acting as the company's Chief Financial Officer, Controller and Cost Accountant. He prepared and analyzed financials for multiple divisions within the company, which were subject for review by management and the Board of Directors. Some of his responsibilities included: preparing financial and cash flow budgets and projections; analyzing product costs; determining profitability by product and customer; maintaining detail cost standards; and being directly involved with closing the books each month.
Mr. Nagel was the main contact/liaison for KPMG Peat Marwick and supervised their annual audits. He maintained relations with the company's lender, which included lender reporting, suppliers, and other pertinent contacts.
For the last four years, as the Chief Financial Officer for Waterstone Development, Mr. Nagel has prepared financials and managed books for more than 20 real estate development partnerships, tracked single family, multi-family, and retail development costs in detail for budgets, cost basis, and for submission of draws to lenders and investors for funding.
