Debbie Mack
Development Assistant

Ms. Mack joined Waterstone in 2004 as Legal Assistant to the President/Corporate Counsel and now serves as Legal Assistant for the CEO. Ms. Mack brings with her a variety of expertise ranging from law office management, residential and commercial real estate transaction closings to business / industry recruitment for the state of Texas.

Prior to joining Waterstone Development, she was the Business Manager for an economic development consulting firm. She also worked as a marketing specialist for the Texas Department of Economic Development. Ms. Mack was responsible for assisting domestic and international companies considering expansion or relocation to Texas. She also worked closely with communities and economic development organizations within the state and was involved in bringing numerous companies to Texas.

Prior to working for the economic development firms, Ms. Mack was a legal assistant for a major residential homebuilder, where she worked closely with commercial brokers and outside counsel on land purchases, as well as city and county officials in developing land for residential use. She also was actively involved in facilitating the mergers of the homebuilder.

Ms. Mack's other experience includes performing commercial and residential real estate transactions, budgeting and planning, certified economic development coursework, and developing marketing and promotional materials for the State of Texas' economic development efforts.
