Becky Hinojosa
Development Assistant to CEO

Ms. Hinojosa joined Waterstone Development Group (formerly Robert D. Wunsch Development) 16 years ago. Her loyalty, dedication and executive-level administrative contributions over the years have played a major role in the success and respected reputation of RDW Holdings Inc., and its affiliates.

Ms. Hinojosa has been involved in many facets of day-to-day operations at Waterstone Development. In addition to being the Executive Personal Assistant to the President and CEO she is also involved in many areas of residential, office and retail development. Ms. Hinojosa has vast experience in human resources, oversees and approves all payroll distribution for 25 entities and 70 employees. She handles all financial/cash management for approval by Mr. Wunsch. Ms. Hinojosa also oversees all retail and office property management.

Her resume also includes ten years experience in the banking industry as personal assistant to the Chairman of the Board, Mr. Robert D. Wunsch. She helped grow the bank from $10 million in assets to $160 million in eight years.

Ms. Hinojosa is a very proud mother of three, and is an active Leader in the Lone Star Girl Scout Council.
